wipers only work when you hit wash, other than that no speeds. HELP!!

The wiper will only work when you hit wash on the stalk?
when cycling through intermittant, med and fast speeds it does nothing?
Id say wiper motor myself.. possibly the combination switch.. but most likely the motor.
if you want to diagnose it yourself.. you will need to re,ove the windshield cowling to access the wiper motor/gearing assembly.
pull the plug off of the motor, get a test light and using a test light go on each pin. see if there is any power when you go through the various speeds.. if there is power at each speed.. then its the wiper motor itself that is faulty..
