When I'm driving on the freeway I can hear air rushing from the rear passenger door of my vehicle. It sounds like the insulation or something else around the seals of the door are bad but I checked all around and the rubber seals are good.
I just started noticing this after a friend was riding in the back seat and he could hear it. Any of you guys have the same problem? The only thing I could think of is when this tint shop removed the door panel to tint my windows but other than that I dont know.
Also when it rains, does it ever smell musky like there is a leak into the vehicle? I have heard of leaks before on these w202's under the dash or floorboard but mines dry. Any suggestions?

if its a hissing noise, it could be a loose or broken vacuum line in the door.

I've experienced the exact same problems. I tried to track down the air noise with masking tape over different areas around the door seals to see if it would stop, but I couldn't figure it out. I just gave up because it's not very loud, only happens around 45mph, and my stereo always drowns it out.
My car always smelled musky when it rained, and I discovered the foam padding under the carpet in the passenger footwell was wet. I did some searching and found from previous posts that the drain at the base of the windshield on the passenger side tends to clog up if you park outside and get debris from trees and such on your car. Conveniently the AC intake is directly behind this drain, and will take in water if the drain clogs. I pulled off the black plastic screen and was surprised at how much crap had gotten in there. I pulled out a handfull or so of goop and flushed the rest out with a hose. Worked like a charm.
Have you pulled up the carpet and checked for water underneath, especially like far up into the footwell?

Thanks for the tip. Sounds like the exact same problem. I will check the drain plug to see if its plugged.
That rear noise does occur at speeds of 45mph. I wish I knew where it came from.

did you guys check the rubber between the door and the frame, and did you check your frames for any bends , is your window closing all the way, is there anything loose in your door....there can be a lot of reasons i used to have an american chevy lumina, and i used to always try to pinpoint were the noise are..but never succeded :D

I checked the seals again but they are all tight with no break in the seal. No bends in the frame or door. Cant figure it out!
