stock alarm sound

my alarm seems to have died....the lights still blink..but no sound, ne idea how i can replace it, and how much it would cost to replace ?

it may be a faulty alarm horn.. the best thing to do is check for power and ground at the horn itself when you activate the alarm.. if you have power and ground Id say its a faulty horn. replacing it is easy.. but I dont know where its located on the W202.. cost wise... maybe $80-100?

the alarms on my c230k and slk55 are such unique alarms! its this loud ass sirin.. do all c class come with these one? or just the typical horn

do all W202s come with these alarms? Would my 99 canadian C230K Classic (which is basic) have this? If so how do I make it go off.

i can only answer how to make it go off...role down ur driver window (or ne window) and lock the car...then open it from the inside..and the alarm should go off..
and im thinking that when u lock the car...the lil red light on the lock button always starts flashing...if it does then u have an alarm...(i said i think im not sure)
