Replacing Climate Control vacuum element.

Hey guys. Does anyone here had any experience changing out one of the vacuum elements under the dash that control the vents? My Recirc/Fresh air element has a leak in the actual element. It looks to be a pain to get to. Any tips for replacing the thing as easily as possible. I would really prefer to keep the dash board IN the car. hehe

I think if you remove the glove box and the center vents, you might be able to do it.
