When driving my W202 over a harsh bump in the road it tends to make the car jump slightly over the right. Is it because the car is light or something wrong? Suspension makes no noise and is otherwise like new.....car has 80 000kms and fully maintained from MB.
might be a lot of things: Tire wear, tie rods, control arm bushings, ball joints, alignment. Best thing to do is have it looked at.

My control arm bushings were just replaced in mine about 3k ago and mine only has 64K on it. Those things go quick in these cars. The motor mounts were done it at the same time too. They also did my tranny mounts recently.

I will get it looked at.....is it an expensive repair?
What happens if you leave it for now.

dude check your rear shocks.. lift up the car or take off the rims and inspect the shocks for black dirty oil around the bottom of the shocks.. this happend to the right rear shock on my car.. it has 75,000 miles on it right now and when im on the freeway and on a curve the rear end will almost slide out! and it sometimes jumps too when I hit bumps driving down the street.

I'll have to take the time and have a look thanks guys.
If I find oil on the schock then its done? Tires are new and at factory labelled pressure.

Any of the above could be true, but to me, it sounds like it could be bump steer. Bump steer is the effect where when you hit a bump, it temporaily changes the toe-in which in turn makes it feel like somebody is turning the wheel. I'd check and make sure the car is aligned correctly because that is typically what causes it. Having abnormal caster is typically what causes bump steer, and unfortunately, caster is not directly adjustable on our cars.
Do you have lowering springs?
When the car is lowered by suspension, there is negative camber added to the suspension (usually), and with a front strut, any camber adjustments can also alter the caster, which can cause this bump steering.

The car is pure stock.

Try driving my 3/4 ton truck, with no load in it, over a sharp bump.
You'll find out the true meaning of " jumping lanes " .;)
