I mean more for websites online or something, or any locations in the oc? I am not sure if the hood can be pounded back down but mine doesn't close and the top chrome molding on my bumper is broken and needs to be fixed, mainly I need to find some place to go to....

Sounds like an opportunity to go carbon fiber to me; just a suggestion.

I can get CF hoods made that won't require Pins and are SEMA show quality/fitment but they will cost 1200 each and i need 10 buyers. :D :D Try VIS i've seen some W202s without hood pins.

Me too, would like to know the price of a new hood and paint...
Could a hood be repaired to its original look? I got some "minor" damage on my hood... Just a thought..

i know a good junk yard in sacramento - they only have mercedes parts. everything you need - well not brabus or any of those brands, but the normal parts you see on a 202.
i bought my hood and bumper there when my mom wrecked the car.
if you think you live close enuff to drive over - u can give it a shot.
the hood i bought came white to match my car - so what i did was i still painted the outside, but the inside matched so i didnt need to - thats alot of $$$ and work saved alreddy!
im not sure - but i think they had AMG parts too.

yea if you take a trip to Recycle RD you will find your hood for sure, they have alot of wreckers there selling parts, if you cant find it in one place go next door, and keep going around until you find one, 202's are not very rare so parts isnt a big problem.
Good luck!
