Loose turn signal/cruise ctrl stalks

I did a search on this, and only came up with "steering wheel removal". I am sure that is part of the process, but it did not cover how to tighten the these controls, has anyone done this?

While I haven't done this myself, I believe once you take the steering wheel off, you will see what needs to be tightened. ;)
