Would 18'E55 Monoblocks fit my C?!

Hey everyone,i can get a great deal on E55 wheels but i just want to know if they will fit or if i have to modify anything to fit..Please someone help before i lose this deal..My car BTW is a 94 c280..thanks

Find out if the bolt pattern is 5x112 as well as the offset.
I believe the 202's are et35 rear. (not sure about the front)

thanks for the responses..the wheels are OEM so they should fit right..Im getting a great deal so i wanna know!!
