View Full Version : Im replacing the MAS sensor tommorow

Im buying a new MAS sensor today as the check engine code read its faulty, and installing it tommorow.

What are the proper procedures? Disconnect battery? Aswell any new gaskets needed?

Looks simple.....but read on this forum something about disconnecting the battery in order to reset the ECU....prob uneccessary.

yea you probebly dont need to disconnect the battery, but just make sure you dont turn the key on!

Guys im so happy...had my mechanic change it and reset the ECU fully...the kompressor is alive again!
