I was driving home tonight and I stomped on the gas, I was surprised to see my boost gauge reading 13psi!! normally it reads 11psi at full boost.. but I guess since the outside temp was -2 degree's celcius the denser air added a lil more boost!!
Im surprised to see an extra 2psi! I never thought there was that much of a gain on forced induction cars.
just thought Id share.
nice!!...Hmm cold air is good stuff huh!!,damn cant wait to get my intake down in the gaurd!!....ordered turbo today should be here this week:cool:...will mail you tomorrow man!.

Yeah, my 280 feels like a monster in cooler weather. It's the only thing I like about winter, the car runs better.

man, I wish it would get cold sometimes here in hawaii. imagine cold temp, combined with sea level altitude, now that would produce some wonderful gains.

I've gotten an extra 1psi in cold Ohio winters in two different turbo cars. Its the only upside to all that nasty weather. But now I am living in Florida so I don't get those cold temps anymore...

LOL!! For real. Winter, the best free mod out there :p
It's been in the mid to high 30's in the bay area mornings and my car has been running noticeably stronger in these conditions. And my temperature guage is pretty much showing an almost dead even 80 degrees! Woohoo!! :p
