Are there any suggested mileage/kilometers to change them?

I'm wondering to change aux belt after 110000km, but may be the kompressor belt may last again...at least if it will break it should not put car out of order!

Thanks for any suggestion:)

hey Marco,
have you taken the belts off and checked the ribs for cracks?...
I ran mine with cracks for ages,no problems:D
but if they are cracked then your best to replace them...

I changed both my belts at 60,000.
My mechanic here in SF suggested it because there were cracks on both belts.

Hey Friends, thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

Paul, I'm not so skilled as you, I saw your saga on engine works (also the throttle body dismounting) and I'm not able to do the same, so actually I'm able only to perform regular maintenance (oil, filters,...), I'm wondering to improve with engine belts work!!

30000km aga a more skilled friends said me there are some cracks, ... may be I better check, at least I change before the aux belt should be quite easy (saw on Haynes Manuals), for the kompressor belt there was a photo tread here (related to some sort of pulley modification).

I'm planning to change oil and filter in 2000km and in case belts...and may be steering damper (but when is needed to change? mine has 40000km actually);)

Hi and thanks again

Marco:)
