Is this bad?

I'm about to do the plugs on my Kompressor and noticed this. Is it really bad? It could just be the rubber seals.

hmmm looks like you will need new seals round the sparkplug area,mine have a very slight leak also,but only when i give it death;),its not a hard job too replace them....
