This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it should give you a pretty good idea since the w140 and the w124 are of the same generation.

Dude...Don't Do it! I'm stopping you from destroying your w124 :( Those lights are aweful......They will definately turn your mercedes into a ricedes for sure....

no parts like those should be installed on the w140 (car is beutifull as is) u wanna mod it, install the up dated grills, lights, and pain the body in one colour, get a nice rimm, lower it a lil, and u have a master piece
w140 looks so presedential (used by most presidents in asia/africa/latin america everywere

It's a 98 420 Black on black.
I do have some pics
but don't have posting privlages.

I have lowered it with spring pads only,polished the valve covers,
newer wheels (stock) with a machined lip and the holes painted black,blacked out the windowes,and the chrome window trim.

Some day I would like to add a Wald body kit, and 17" wheels.

i got too much respect for that car, and for some reason i still do think that the 140 is much better than the w220
