but it's the truth though! that looks ghetto as hell, it's almost as bad as having smoked corners that dont match the headlights.

I'm just trying to help, if you don't have the taste to mod a benz, just leave it alone, it fine stock. Once you go messing about with it, at least do it right. i'm tired of seeing mexicanized benzes rolling around.

*i'm sorry, maybe the picture just came out wrong and it looks white instead of purple...if that's the case, then sorry, i didn't mean to rag on your mod.

i mean, my car isn't the sh1t, i left it completely stock cept for the eurocorners, tail lamps, and oem xenons, I didn't do anything too comestic to it and it looks clean...look how good it looks stock already.

^yeah, blue would look better, it's just that some colors don't compliment each other sometimes...ie purple and white.

no, i didnt spray paint the bulb, i just added one ... my headlights had an extra hole to the side (i have no clue why its there) so i just plugged in an extra socket and blue light bulbs - the lights bulbs are crap because they were supposed to be blue but they have faded within minutes of using them =(

then i just wired it all up and walla!

i know some of you dont like this, but hey - ppl are differnt so deal with it!

YESS!!! they are going to be blue!!!!

they WERE blue at one point then it faded ... cheap ass bulbs.

and when you drive you cant see anything differnt ... you only notice this when looking at the headlight directly.

Let's not get all elitist now...ghetto people can afford w202s, and they can even afford AMGs and Lambos nowadays...Most of the time I can't even find someone who owns an H2 and isn't ghetto....

Having a Mercedes doesn't automatically mean getting a "get out of ghetto" free card. Like everything, ghetto's in the execution.

people do with their cars however they liked. and most people on this forum do respect that. that was one major reason why i am sticking with this forum. and i believe i am not the only one with this idea.

though i myself is not a big fan of purple lights, but hey, rollin's been doing a lot lately and i as a member here do appreciate all of his inputs.

well i kinda agree with u i mean its not something i would do on my car...however it looke better if done on a dark coloured car than on a silver one....
either way dosent suit me...and HID's would definetly be much better

Ryhi's does look alot better because he has a differnt shade of purple, and i have that orange light on, he doesnt.

... but these are very cheap ... like price and durability. :(

ill be buying a differnt color soon anyway.

these are NOT headlights, or foglights or high-beams, just a small light bulb inside. I really dont know what those are there for and I surly dont know what they are called (besides light bulb LoL)

... yea i just got my W202 not that long ago, and i have a big future for it.

my spioler just got painted few nights ago, I will get it on tomorrow and post pics (as i usually do) and after the holidays ill be buying alot more for my car like that bumper Jason (714guy) is selling!

yeah i always get confused by that, but i never knew we can jjust stick a bulb in and it will work

it is NOT a headlight, foglight, highbeam OR daytime running light. its a hole for city lights used on european models. to many cars its STOCK. not a "cheap and ugly mod"

well im goiong to change the wiring a bit,

Im going to first change the color to aqua blue to match my 8k headlight bulbs,

and wire them up so that they are ALWAYS on when the car is running and only turn the orange light on when it gets dark like im supposed to.

you cant see it when the headlights are on,

the only time you see them is when the parking lights are on and the headlights off.

but yea if i drive around with them on like that ill get pulled over, when my mom used to have this car i put those windsheild washers, the ones that light up (blue ones) and she got a ticket for like $380 !
