View Full Version : Lumma front bar with brabus lights?
okay thought this bar had some potential for some lights and really like the brabus idea with the twin circular lights so thought I would try and incorporate it into this (pretty shit fireworks job took 23k's car best pic i could find with lumma front bar and got the brabus lights and pasted them in) overall i don't know what to think it sounds like an excellent idea in theory but maybe this isn't the best job that can be done on this idea. maybe someone else can have a go?

23k if you are reading this btw where did you order your lumma bumper from? Did you get it from carshine here in australia?

Hmmm ... what if the fogs wernt circles ... but squares ... ?
and the one with updated bumper is just not ment to be.

Im not feeling the model updated bumper either.. I dont know if square or rectangular fogs would suite the Lumma front that well... and if it were in the model updated bumper it would look brabusish!

i think it looks like shit
fit 8 wrx fogs across the whole front !!!! haha jk. it might look good if the brabus lights were custom fitted with a colormatched fiberglass enclosure kinda thing.

Brabusish is exactly what im aiming for!
I see the w202 is not one of the roundish cars out there, therefore brabus styles would look great because they are somewhat square!
just my opinions!

did you add more black/chrome to my grill to0?
anyhow i think it looks too round...im not sure what would look best but most likely some sort of insert would be needed to help...
I got my bumper direct from Lumma tuning Germany,i think it was cheaper than most other places in the world...what does carshine charge??

haha yeah no ic! :) think you have done an excellent job on your car though and the ic looks good with the lumma bar! but if i was to get the lumma i doubt i would get a new ic so just seeing what it was like with the mesh heh. Yeah I added a chrome grill too, yeah I dunno it seemed really good in theory with the lights, still reckon someone could do a better job than I have, maybe some more ideas with some kind of housing for the lights rather than straight onto the mesh.
I am waiting on an e-mail back from carshine about their prices and will post it up. you probably know their site but if not www.carshine.com.au

i did once plan to make some CF inserts in the outer area of the ducks to house spots...but havent got anywhere near getting around to trying it!...

The Brabus Lights dont look good! They doesnt fit to the Lumma Bumper! Really!!!
You can buy the C 43 Lights... Maybe they look good! but please no Brabus :D ;) ...

how about just single spots at each side of the ducts,in the centre?,maybe a rectangular shape up high in the duct?...

hey you NEED the Rieger Rear molded on!!! :D :D :D, No FOGS look the best IMO.
hey paul they are charging $1500 AU for the front bar and $870 AU for the rear bar.

hmmm, its not cheap stuff....fitment is A+....mine cost me 1200NZD plus 300NZD for customs,and 250 to paint!
so for me it was far cheaper to cut out the middle man and get it from germany as i would have had to pay customs and freight on top of 1500AUS.(which is also a stronger dollar)
im not to sure about the rear bar...sort of needs sides to go with it!...
yeah you got a nice price on that!
didn't expect them to have a good deal on the bar, friend got a quote on their avantgarde grill I think it was $520 AU :confused:

I think the brabus double fog lights looks not good!
Just my opinion.
The lights from c36 or c43 are best looking at W202, i think.

Yes, that´s good for you, but in this thread we´re talking about fog lights in the Lumma Bumper and not which one look best on the W202....

woa 520 for a grill!!,
you could maybe contact lumma tuning for quote + shipping,it may work out cheaper for you...they charge $700 euros for the bumper i think...
yeah I will send them a mail, the ultimate would be to find a brabus kit or good replica but just looking for alternatives!
