Do Not Buy These Foglights!!!!!

it states on the ebay auction that they will fit the "94 - 00 W202 C Class." and that they "will not fit sport package models."

This is not true however. I have a non-sport 1997 C280. I purchased these lights from ebay at $122 shipped and they did not fit at all. They are supposed to fit in the bumper where the brake cooling ducts are but they are far too big.

Has anyone else purchased these lights? If so please let me know if its just my car but as far as i know they dont fit any W202.

Has it been discussed? I didnt see the subject anywhere but im sorry if it has...just thought id let everyone know to double check that those foglights fit their year and model before they buy them online.

Of course these fogs wont fit your car.. you dont already have fog lights in your bumper!!
this fog light is meant to go in place of the factory fog light in the bumper.. since the W202 (except C43 or 36) didnt have a fog light in the bumper.. they will not fit your car.. the only way they would fit.. is if you were to buy a C43 front bumper.. then they would fit.
and it says in the acution that they dont fit sport bumpers.. thats because the "sport" bumpers are the AMG bumbers with the round fog lights.. like on a E55 or CLK55.. so of course they wont fit that bumper.
I bought the same fog lights.. min in black.. but I have yet to install them as I am going to buy a C43 bumper.
