Front bumper Question

What is the strip above the bumper, right below the headlights and grill, called and where can i find it and for how much? Is it part of the bumper? Would I need to get a whole new bumper?

if you dont mean the chrome part then its your bumper.

you're talking about those two 1 inch high pieces that are under the headlights right? They should be cheap, go check out http://www.silverstarrecycling.com/
