Headlights

What lights are the inner portion of the headlight assembly.. I see there theres a wedge bulb there but mine never turn on?

fogs, if you pull on the switch one click they will turn on. if you pull it a second time the rear fog will come on and the orange part of the switch will light up.

K, so what kinda bulbs are those and do you know where i can get hyperwhite ones? Thanks :)
