I think one of the members here has that hood (vis), he said the fitting is ok, however you have to take off the stock shocks because closing the hood will be a problem and his previous one cracked bc of that....

I used to work in at a Euro Tuner shop and I would say out of 25-30 carbon fiber hoods I saw, about 10 of those looked like they fit alright. It would be nice to see a sample up close in person before spending that much on one.

Has anyone come across any white carbon-fiber hood or other item? Or even a good quality white carbon-optic cover? (The 3D effect quality).

I can get them made to fit OEM, REAL CF no overlay, but I'll need 10 buyers, at $1500 each. Perfect fitment. If you can get 10 buyers I'll work on it.

I am definetly interested in a good quality full carbon fiber hood.. but $1500 is steep.
I was quoted $2000 for the mold and $800 per hood a few years back.. but I guess with the shortage of carbon fiber, the prices have sky rocketed!!

My mold would cost about twice yours, also. Plus all that time going back and forth to make adjustment and preping the hood.

put me down for a hood. i'm looking to get a lot of custom carbon fiber done, but you may have missed my post in the last "custom cf" thread. do you have any examples (pics) of your work?

let's start a list for the hood;
