The WIS manual is showing the High Pressure connection by the radiator, and the "Suction Pressure Connection" behind the A/C Compressor. I assume the suction pressure connection would be considered the low pressure line. Lost in translation perhaps.

Is the EC (economy) light on in your climate control when you turn your car on automatically?

Hi pressure is usally capped with a red plastic cap while low is blue or black. The plumbing for hi pressure is also more resiliant than low. Good luck.
ok, shot a bottle of freon into my w202. my dad had a low pressure adaptor in the garage. the low pressure input actually had a green dot on the cap and its located right next to the windshield fluid tank. anyway.. i will try to get another small bottle in next week. I feel the AC but it isnt as cool as it used to be.
u know.. i noticed a few other things after i picked my car up from the dealership for my tranny seal leaks.
1. No AC
2. Power steering scrrew was lose (some fluid came out)
3. valve cover screws were lose.
4. my ESP/Brake light came on once and the braking is feeling kinda rough. (i got new pads/rotors 4 months ago and never made a sound until now)
they sure know how to keep the business running
fuk this. no AC at all now.. had it for like 15 min. the pump kicks in.. then i hear all these hessh heess sound coming out of the vent. whats going on?

When my AC crapped out I had to get the AC evaporator temp senosor replaced and AC receiver-Dryer replaced as well. Everything worked fine after that. You may have a leak in one of your lines. Have your car checked for any error codes. If your AC is acting funny odds are some codes are in the computer and it will help you better narrow it down.
ok,.. it seems to be working fine now. i released all of the freon and started all over again. when it got near the end.. some brown/black oil shot out of the low pressure input. I guess that was the problem.. it was blocking me from refilling the freon. so I tried putting another bottle in, this time.. within 20 sec. the whole bottle went in and the AC started to feel like AC once again. thanks guys.

My AC did the same thing, but I have don't want to retype it here. I posted an in detail description of how to fix this on Mercedesforum.com. Go there and do a search for C280 fix EC light. You have to replace two sensors, recharge with 1.9 pounds of freon, 46 PAG oil, and reset the system. Also in a separate thread that will show in the post you will find that the moderator, Sleepwalker, posted two pictures of the sensors that need to be replaced. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
