if its a true 200 cell cat, thats a great price, otherwise I would go with metalcat.
regarding it fitting a M104, I dont really understand your question. if you think it might be restrictive, it wont, if you think it wont do its job thoroughly at converting unburnt particles, it will.

how would it be an untrue 200 cell cat? And no dice for all cali pople. what is the most high flow we could run? I remember seeing jeff say he had two 100 cell cats, but that would be way under for ca laws...

would i need to by 2 cat converters since i have 2 stock ones? and would i need to get it in a 3" cause of my cat back? and what about the oxygen sensors?

my C43 stock had 4 cats altogether also, I took out the 2 big ones and put in straight pipes, so i still have my 2 precats, but they dont do much of anything. I also deleted my resonator.
