can u claryfie about the CEL

hi again i was told by a mechanic that i have the CEL on my car C43 AMG 1999 but this is not activated on the cluster,meaning it has no function at all, it never lights up when something goes wrong,meaning when my 02 sensor wen't bad i didn't know about it!!!!!!!! strange!!!!!!!!! my car is a european version of the amg cars, i live in europe. so please send me a picture from your dashboard with the CEL lamp turned on when the ignition is on i asked for this on a previous thread and nobody responded.:(

are you positive the bulb is good. turn the key to position #2 (key on/engine off) and see if it lights up! yours should have the "picture" of an engine on the side of the cluster that lights up rather than the U.S. models which say "check engine".

hey man there is no bulb litten up,there should be a function but not activated on the cluster send a picture, which side is it located
left or right side? all the other bulbs wrks
