when I bought my car 3 years ago the interior was in Perfect shape, it is still in great shape
but I have a rip in the armrest on the door panel and my front passenger seat has some serious scratches on the bottom portion of the seat.
my guess is that I will have to replace these parts in order to bring my interior back to shape
but I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to get that done, I'm not sure where to find these parts either.
Thanks.

I can't help with replacement, but leather can be repaired through a filler/adhesive/ironing technique. I think one of the reasons I got such a great price on my car when new (in addition to being a 'left-over' from the prevkious year) was the passenger side seat base showed evidence of having a tear that looked like a can opener made it. It was obviously repaired by the dealer (who professed ignorance of it) and it's been fine for these 7 years. I might need to do this repair on a car I might be winning on eBay today too. So perhaps that can do too.
i had a rip on my door armrest. i just bought an ebay badge and placed it over the rip.

I used some products from the folks at the following site. They also have distributors in Canada, Europe and Australia:

I used the Rejuvenator Oil and Pristine Clean products on my C36 medium grey leather interior and I am very happy with the results. They also have products for repair of cracked leather and colour matching.

LOL! I actually thought of something similar, it looks pretty good for a simple fix, did you take before and after shots thinking that someday someone would pose this question?
thanks.

I bought a leather repair kit that I will give a shot but if it doesnt look good I might start looking for a badge to do a "Ryhi cover-up mod"
still dont know what to do about the passenger seat, I think my brother in law sat in the car with keys or something in his back pocket, guess I'll just be on the lookout for a replacement

Had our passenger seat cover replaced at Dealer. Don't know the cost since it was under warranty. Some of these parts are easy to replace IF you can get the part. I ALWAYS talk to my parts guy first before trying a home fix.
