Door lock pins PLZ HELP door removal

ok guys i need your help with the door lock needles. I unscrewd the rear ones then when i tried putting them back in i couldn';t find the thing it goes into. It just sits in freeley. Then when i tried to take off the round black thing it fell inside the door.

Could anyone provide me instructions on how to open the rear door, and why wasn't the pin going back in after i took it out?

as you can see in the second pic the door pin just sits there not screwd into anything.
