sunroof squeeky when opening. help plz!

I need your help again guys. The sunroof is kind of being tacky and squeeky when being opened. Friend told me to oil the sunroof path (circled red). Is this true? If not then where do I oil it? Thanks, you guys rock!

you need to put some lithium grease inside the tracks. just look at the roof when opening it and you'll see where the tracks are.
