yes it's possible.

may be there are also somewhere a part number list of the needed items!

do you just need to drill a hole for them or swap out the piece under the headlight?

I've read that, to save money, someone have modified (drilled the hole) the old plastic trip, below the headlight.

i remember that one of the old members here actually provided a part number for a kit from factory for installing headlamp wipers on 202. i maybe wrong on this, but do a search and u will find out.
