would a 230k benefit a performance exhaust system?

I would think minimal at best. Unless you create a your own pipes and get rid of the cats which are the most restrictive parts of the exhaust. Even then, I would only think a gain of 10 HP is attainable.

To attain gains from the Kompressor engine, I would either get a chip (Upsolute), get a pulley, or do both.

Pretty close... mine is a non kompressor. Pre-turbo application the 'turbo-back' system including high flow cat etc gain me merely 7hp on the dyno. :)
