Yes I did the search thing but all I come up with is HID this and Xenon that....
Passenger side headlight bulb has burnt out...I noticed cause when I put the car into D the bulb indicator light comes on because the lights turn on. In P it goes off.
I gonna change both bulbs later today with probably Sylvanias. My owners manual is down in the car but just want to know quickly if its H7 or H4 I put in? The fog lights are still fine.

Its and H7 bulb for the main beams.

Any bulb positioning procedure that has to be done when putting new ones? I think the new ones might be a bit too high or maybe because the what they are...(blue ones).

Not really, just has to go in a certain was, just turn it until it falls in. I would sugjest to reaim while your in there, but you dont need to.

that chart is incorrect. It states that early 202 models use H1 for headlights, but they use H4.

My Australian Spec 1995 C36 does use the H1's.
I think the link might be a UK link which refers to UK Mercedes Spec.
Perhaps the US Spec cars are the "odd man out" here?.
