shopping for a used one for a 94 c280 preferably w/ a warranty. i'm in LA. does anyone here have any recommendations? i found some on ebay but w/ shipping it would be around 750, i shopped a couple junk yards and they're running around 650, but might now have a few parts. if i can get one for 500 i'm good to go.

I spoke w/ LPD but they were looking for 850. they didn't even offer a warranty. I tried calling precision i didn't get through to anyone. i'll try again tommorrow.

I think paying less than $1000 and getting a warranty may be a little optimistic. If you do find one for $500 you'll be lucky!

what can i say, i'm always looking for a deal. i'm shooting for 850 to complete the whole job. i already have a really good merc.mech. lined up.
