While doing repairs to the firewall heater hose and trying to get better access to the crank sensor stuff, took off my crossover pipe and found it had a hole and some cracks.

Been wanting to replace this with Carbon Fiber one that several people were attempting to get one for a mold. Don't know if this would work but since I need a new one, the CF would be perfect.

I can ship it but would need the CF rather soon (first out of the limited production) , so I can get back on the road, don't want to rent a car for too long. Post up and let's get this project rolling again......:bunny:

Thanks for update. By any chance do you know where I can buy a new or used crossover pipe? Been searching web but didn't find anything. I might have to buy one in the meantime and hopefully get that CF one as a spare, since it's a hard to find item. Found an engine for sale but don't know if they'll part it out yet. Appreciate any leads.

Thanks for the offer. I'd like to replace it with the C36 OEM or CF one that's been talked about for a while. Currently getting some prices on the OEM, if I can located one.

I think it's HWA 104 141 06 04
or HWA 104 141 07 04
according to Jrwan's previous posts.

I need it for a 1997 C36
