C36 tranny @55K

My tranny recently started shifting late through all gears intermintantly at part throttle & even 80% throttle angle . It does it through the whole trip or it wont do it at all. It never does it for a few min then goes away or starts up during a trip. This leads me to think that maybe it is computer related & it 'clears' itself after shutdown??? I will post on Mercedes shop also.

My fluid was changed last week & it was really dark but did not contain any metal shavings or band material like some trannies do after 55K. I dont 'beat on' my car & drive it pretty conservatively. I have heard of peoples front pumps going out on these pre '97 trannies & causing pressure fluctuations & stuff(no shavings though!)??
