Body shop did it, and they matchteh transparent with teh MB OEM 040 vlack together, and now teh tailght black and teh car are extremely close matching.
Now you just have to black out that license plate

I experienced that with my 2.3 16V before with blackened tail lights. You'll get tired of getting pull over just because of that tail lights. You should have smoked them instead.

i think the cops dont really care...i've had mine for awhile now, never been stopped once. But one thing i do when the po po is behind me is i turn on my lights. =)
AMG cars have the factory rear fog light that can be wired also for the other side for more light! Do that man!!!
