HELP...Installing CD deck

I gots a problem my cd deck.


First i cant get out the stock one. Where can i get the keys to get the deck out.


Then i bought a VW/Audi wire harness to hook it up to. I hooked it all up but there was no sound??

The Cd player came on but there was no sound.

I am stumped

help anybody??

Man, I'm gonna sound REALLY stupid, but all this talk confuses me. Do you have to cut wires or not when you use the Audi/VW wiring harness? In prevfious discussions, it sounded like you could just pug in and go.
