    interior and engine swap

I have a 96 C220. I want to swap my friends engine and interior off his 97 C280. What are the difficulties im going to encounter? My dad owns and runs a Mercedes only shop and i have full access to Mercedes Star Diagnosis system so i dont forsee any major problems. I just want to know what i might have to overcome. O, his car is wrecked BTW. Hit a tree on teh side, so the B pillar is a little messed up.

Putting that much work into a 220. It would be easier to just sell the car and get a 280. And after looking at that one guys 220 on here with the turbo and all that stuff i am soo inspired... God dam i want a turbo... LOL
