    Wheel Question

    Hey everyone...

can someone tell me the difference between those two offsets ?

    19X 8.5 +40
    19x 8.5 +15

    Thanks.

just subtract the numbers since the rims are the same width. the 15 rim will sit 25mm more further out than the 40 but that means it will also give you 25mm more inner clearance than the 40

click on wheel offset calculator under the "tech section"

    No, opposite.

ET15 is pretty ballsy up front. You plan on going widebody?

    yea kind of...

    FRONT 18x8.5 5x120 +40
    REAR 18x9.5 5x120 +22

Would this setup give me a nice aggressive look at the rear ? since its giving me more clearance ?

a plus 40 offset will sit closer to the center of the car, where as an offset of plus 15 will sit further out from the center of the car, closer to the fender.
those offsets would be good for a w202.. I may recommend running a 5mm spacer on the front.
but the rear +15 will sit nice and flush with the fender. my very first set of 19's were 19x8.5 front and back, with an offset of 35. I ran 15mm spacers in the rear to push the wheels out to fill my fender more, to make the rear a +20. depending on how low you are with your suspension the plus 15 in the back may be slightly too aggressive.
