Turn Signals, Windshield Wiper Not Working

So I had my car serviced today, and when I drove it away, I noticed my combination stalk was not working. I pulled over and checked the fuses, and all of them were good. I went back to the mechanic and he preformed and OBDII diagnostic test, and there were no codes pulled.

Any ideas? Do you think I need to buy a new stalk? What's strange is that neither the signals nor the wiper controls work, but my high beam still works with the stalk

It is also worth noting that I had my power folding/ blinking mirrors installed a couple weeks ago. Could the way those were wired cause this malfunction? Thanks.

it may be something related to the install of the mirrors, i guess depends on where/ how they tapped into the power/ signal connections. do you know where they made the connections?

Check your combination relay. It is located in the fusebox area under the hood.
