1998 slk230 pulley - supercharger

I have seen that a new pulley system for my 98 slk230 could increase the horse power to about 232. Has anyone in the forum done this and is it worth the money? What kind of 0-60 times are you getting etc? Who did you buy your pulley from and for how much? Do you have any other performance upgrade recommendations?

If I'm right, your supercharger is the same as the one in the 1999-2000 C230K. If so, yes there is a big potential in hp gains if you change the pulleys.

And the ecu would be a good mod for a supercharged engine

Not particularly. I've not found a chip that can affect in anyway the Supercharger and boost, so you wil only gain from a chip the relativley small performance you would gain by chipping a normally aspirated car.
