To lubricate front arm wiper

Please what kind of oil or grease is suitable for lubricate front arm wiper?
Only the two big guides have to be lubricate or also something else?

I have not needed to do this but I would imagine regular shop grease would be fine.

Thanks a lot nokia8860. I've heard time ago that some kind of silicon lubricate will be preferred, but I do not know any more.
