    need help in cutting my rear springs

    ok so i came to a conclusion dat i wanna drop my car more from the rear so my rims stay tucked... any advise of how to remove n how hard it is to remove the rear springs?? i also need advise from u guys of how much to cut to get a nice tucked drop.. i currently have eibach springs not sure if they r sports or pro line.. ohh yea i also got 19" wheels 235 35 19 how many circles should i cut from the springs some pix would be good too .. to give me an idea of how low my car is gonna look

    do u think the ride is gonna be shitty? cuz im planning in putting air suspension i have everything for air suspension tank,compressors,valves etc.... dont only thing i need are the airbags n brackets but till i find them n have the money to get them i wanna drop my car more have that tuck look...

    i wouldnt be cutting your springs, especially if they are eibach...

    shit ride, and personally i just think its unsafe.

    i agree about not cutting the eibach springs, only because they are good springs and you could probebly on-sell them,

    but in my oppinion cutting springs is safe, as long as the springs remain captive when the car is raised, you may have to get your rear shocks shortened, i had to,
    and i would say first try a smaller spring pad if that is an option, or if u cant just cut a half coil, dont heat to cut

    maybe i should find stock springs n cut those instead of the eibach

    What about the spring pad suggestion? Did you check to see which ones you have now?

    nah i havent checkd da pads to be honest with u i dont even knwo what they look like can somebody post a pic of them so i know wat they r n look like

    looks like a rubber doughnut in your spring perch. little nubs/bumps of rubber either have 1 2 3 4 5 bumps. 1 is the thinnest (lowest) ,5 fattest

    Yea dont cut those springs man. Just change the pads cause you probably have like a #4 and if you drop down sizes your gonna notice a difference in the ride hieght right away.
