    quick question about springs

Hey ppl, its spring time and finally have enough to start doing some stuff to the 280. I wanna drop it w/ some H and R's and i see alot of talk about what pads ppl use. Any idea what number pad is best for a nice even stance and where to get them at??

    thx

You can get pads from the dealer.
Tell them you need pad#2 all around.

Should have ordered the springs and wheels first, then tweaked with the pads after install. Doing so you would be able to tell how much more drop you would want, and whether or not its possible with the pads.

check out the koni springs/shock. for 600 bucks you get koni adjustables and lowering springs similar to h&r's. not only will your car be lower, it'll ride sportier also. i just installed them on mine with number 5 pads front and number 4 pads rear and the drop is dead even.
