Do you have pictures? Sorry for newbiness but what is a Crack Head/Sway Bar? Also can any of this be installed myself?

The sway bar is a factory part you probably already have.

are these upper ball joint/ control arms ? or the lowers that need to be pressed in?
Lower ball joints...they do need to be pressed. I have a buddy up here in OC you can go to to get it done if you needed to.
