*update* Oil seeping from dip stick

I determined that oil is leaking from my dip stick. I have done a few searches online and one possible cause might be the crank case ventilation. I removed the CCV and it doesn't appear to be clogged or stuck. I don't know what else could be wrong. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Well driving to work this morning my car stalled and died on me. I heard the engine struggling to get up the hill and the sound that you don't ever want to hear. The sound of metals hitting each other like your pistons are contacting the cylinder heads. Sure enough when I pulled over and popped the hood there was oil everywhere. Oil covered the entire passenger side of the engine and oil that covered all the way down the passenger side body. It looked like my car bleed to death. I took some pictures cause I knew no one would believe me and also this is the first time I've heard of anything like this happening. I'll post the pictures after I get off work. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciate.

Ouch!! All that from the dip stick? Was it blowing out from the top or the bottom of the dipstick? pressure leaking past the rings into the oil pan area.

Top of the dip stick. What do u mean by rings? Piston rings? God I hope
not, that would require a major overhaul!

I know there are a lot smart guys on this forum! Please I just need someone to point me in the right direction. If worse comes to worse, I'll swap in a brand-used motor.

If I understand you correctly the engine was pushing oil out of the dip stick like a water pistol. Obviously there's no way that oil should be spouting out of the top of the dip stick. There is a small O ring up there, but it isn't meant to deal with the kinds of pressure you're talking about. The question is what is causing it. Yes I was referring to the piston rings but there are certainly other possible causes. It sounds like your engine had a slow buildup of pressure and the pcv was a good check. But it seems that wasn't the culprit. Now something big happened and I'm afraid the news won't be good. Something went and sped up the pressure build up causing the leak to go from small to huge.
Check the compression in the cylinders would be where I'd start. Keep us posted

Determine it was a blown piston ring that caused this. To tear into the motor and replace the rings were close to $800. So I decided to replace the motor. motor only cost me $400. It was a nightmare! Will go into details as much as possible once it's completed. More pictures to come.
