mods I'd like to add to my '94 MB C280

Does anyone know if this rear seat armrest can be added to a '94 C280 and how easy/hard it will be? Also has anyone seen this simulated wood front armrest? If you have how much and where to get one?

the rear arm rest/cup holder should be just a direct swap from a non-cup holder one... I looked at one while i was at the junkyard and wanted to get it but i didnt really bring tools as i just was wasting time when i went to the yard..

the wood front armrest looks like it was just fitted on top of the OEM one.. It looks nice but its not the right wood!
