    It amazes me the abuse a mercedes Diesel engine can take. It's no wonder they are the leader in commercial vehicles.

    Bloody awesome with little or no black smoke.She's drinking all that extra fuel with the blower attached I'm guessing?? that thing sounds amazing. A job well done. If I ever get some money to play around with I will be in contact with you. My Dad has a c250 non turbo with close to 500 000km still goes like a dream with no smoke

    yea, radiator cap

    i noticed a little pressure in the rad from when i fitted this engine, it came from a damaged car with a burst rad, probably overheated before i got it, pressure just got worse and worse

    you can see the difference on the dyno pic, 502bhp was turbo only, 469.5bhp was turbo and supercharger with a real nice power band, other was low boost run

    hi,
    i have complete toyota supra subframe in the rear with hks coilovers, the front wishbones are now longer so i needed 1600 pound springs with bmw x5 shocks. lol
