Interested in buying other set of rims, do they fit my C43?

I found these used rims for sale.
They have ET25 front and rear.
I think they came of an SL r129?
Do they fit w202 C43 AMG?

Also, I have a new kit with C55 calipers and 345mm rotors which I will fit someday in the future?
Front rims with ET25, what thickness spacers are needed to clear these calipers?
