    O2 sensor 98 C230 kompressor sport

    Hi guys

Anybody have the part no. Lambda sensor? Oem as well as Bosch?
Also a little question is it true that the Bosch ones are kinda like 1 size fits all and the oem part is suited directly for the motor in question

    Many thanks

Abbas, if it's any help here's the part number for an NGK one, it comes under the NTK brand OZA448-E45. I don't have the Bosch part number as I refused to pay the silly asking price, mind it was still a lot cheaper than what M-B wanted.

    Have a look here:

    Thanks John

Is the length of the wire the same as original and the plug the same?

    No, probs Abbas.

Haven't fitted it yet but the plug looks the same and loom looks long enough.

400!, ha,ha they're a funny bunch. Double check the part numbers just in case, I hate giving out numbers in case I've made a mistake and it's easy to do sometimes.
I've decided now to hold off and not fit mine until I get the exhaust manifold crack welded.

Hi John. Was checking other forums a faulty TPS could also throw a P0130 code. Got price from Diesel Electric ( Bosch dealer) for the O2 sensor about 60 $
Will check and update if it is the correct part.

    Hi Abbas,

60 is cheap for a Bosch one. I hear what you're saying about the TPS but I wouldn't bother doing anything until you happy there's no crack in the exhaust manifold. In actual fact I've not come across anybody mentioning a problem with the TPS?
