Thanks for that Krum. It'll be a good reference point for me later.

Anyway, besides the ECU limiting the power, have you come to any new conclusions when comparing both graphs?

That is some good numbers, I want to do 12psi with my 2.3k with some headers added to your setup and maybe a little something extra

Mike, you're wright but I'm on a different path now.

John, a close friend of mine cracked the re-flash process.....now he's doing it for like...3 min.... It's a big step forward.

Great Krum. Keep us you to speed on the progress. In theory with the ECU cracked, both pulleys & the larger I.C., what sort of figures are you hoping for above the current 219bhp/243ft lb?

So, you might be knocking on close to 240bhp, not bad at all for a 2.0lt with the original ECU re-programmed. Am I right in presuming driveability will be as good or if not better and max torque will be moved up the rev range?

Drivability is already a lot better as max toque is below 3500 rpm.

We've tested Samsung Galaxy S something and iPhone 4 with equal results but it turns out the phone mount is very important. It has to be able to absorb some of the vibrations. So a solid one is no good.

Excellent results, and thanks for posting before and afters!!

The small dip around 4800 could be the intake cam retarding,on the 230k the advance was from 1200 - 4300, could be slightly higher on the 200k?. We always found it tricky trying to tune that transition!.

It's interesting that this dip becomes more obvious when you start adding fuel (AFR 11.5 or so) and less obvious at AFR ratios around 13.00-14.00.

hahaha you wouldn't have to. I'll send you my file when it's ready if you do all I've done. )

In fact I can send you the one I'm using now. It'll be perfect for you. It's been used on a 230K engine. You just need to purchase Galletto 1260 and read the instructions.
