Just try to wiggle the front wheels to see how much play there might be. If there's lots, then you may need to repack the bearings. Speedybenz has done this, so this thread might help:

that would likely be and indication to find out if the ball-joint worn-out
someone told me before if you car make some noise when making turn then it could mean the wheel bearing.
Depending on which side the bearing making noise (turning makes the car weight shifted).
