It's a universal dimension, it should fit just fine! Now is that a used unit?

If that is a used Remus then add a little more then get a brand new Sebring muffler.

Tip of Remus is squared while the Sebring is the round.

There is no difference...remus and sebring share the same owner...

As far as I am concerned, my car is on it's second and LAST sebring muffler...the first one broke within 1 week and the second one held on till barely 1 week after the warranty period...and guess what - no replacement muffler...
Sebring probably does better under a petrol car but being a company advertising that their mufflers are suiteable for diesels - they didn't do any real testing as their mufflers obviously are not diesel compatible...Sebring sucks - just my 2 cents.
