Hey guys, I've been looking around for someone who has experience with this, but have come up dry.

I'm looking to keep the car N/A for now, I've heard rumors that the block of the 2.8 is the same block as the AMG 3.6... Is there any base to this? I'm interested in having my displacement increased by cylinder boring, and I'd like to know the feesable limit to keep it reliable and safe. I would like to get at least 3.2 out of the stock block, but I'm not sure how resiliant the walls are. As for the stroke.. I'm not so sure I want to change that.

And just for kicks... what do you think would be more costly in the long-run. As far as initial investment and upkeep.
A) A good supercharger/turbo kit?
B) A good N/A displacement up
